 Protecting Her Heart takes two best friends and adds the romance. The characters show some great growth and their relationship takes a hit while they figure out the groove of romance that is a little bit different than friendship. I felt like Javi was a little bit of a jerk to start with but over time he redeemed himself. Shauna has her tunnel vision at times and has to open her eyes to look past trying to make up for the past.

This sweet romance was an easy read with some heavier topics in there. Set in a small town, everyone knows everyone without having an overwhelming number of characters. This helps Javi be the super cop that Shauna always says he is. Definitely a chick flick romance- perfect with some chocolate added.

Traci Hunter Abramson set up such a great premise to this story with all of the Saint Squad novels leading up to this one. With Sienna and Craig's wedding along with all of the political hoopla going on, this story does not rest. Traci writes such great suspense! I was left wondering throughout the story whether they they were going to get their happily ever after! There was romance, suspense, and the amazing Saint Squad. Any story with the Saint Squad is full of laughter and adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed this story from beginning to end.

Sleep Robin Hood Outlaws: Book Three Written by: M.C. Frank Sleep Robin Hood is a fantastic continuation of the Outlaws series. With action, adventure, romance, suspense, and everything in-between this story hooked me. I can't wait for the next year to pass so I can read the next installation in this retelling. The characters have such passion and feelings that go between hope, despair, and betrayal. I don't want to say too much for fear of giving something away but this series is a well-written depiction of the tale of Robin Hood.
