J.E. Taylor wrote a short but satisfying fantasy. Lisa Winters has been told from a young age that she is the answer to the prophecy- the hope for their village against the great white tiger. Now that she is coming of age everything is starting to change and the answers she once thought were so sure are no longer right in front of her. When she meets the great white tiger, will she kill him or find there is more than the story told?

This story had some great characters and beautiful world building. I was rooting for Lisa as she found her own drive and discovered her independence despite everything going against her. The town believes in her based on a few sparks as a child but she doesn't believe in herself until she takes the chance to go out on her own and discover the secrets of her past. Herk who could otherwise be called Herk the jerk has his moments of redemption despite his actions at the beginning. The setting of the story is a beautiful vision with crisp mountains and pristine snow. When looking for a short magical story with adventure, transformation, and vampires this one will do the trick.

Traci Hunter Abramson set up such a great premise to this story with all of the Saint Squad novels leading up to this one. With Sienna and Craig's wedding along with all of the political hoopla going on, this story does not rest. Traci writes such great suspense! I was left wondering throughout the story whether they they were going to get their happily ever after! There was romance, suspense, and the amazing Saint Squad. Any story with the Saint Squad is full of laughter and adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed this story from beginning to end.

Sleep Robin Hood Outlaws: Book Three Written by: M.C. Frank Sleep Robin Hood is a fantastic continuation of the Outlaws series. With action, adventure, romance, suspense, and everything in-between this story hooked me. I can't wait for the next year to pass so I can read the next installation in this retelling. The characters have such passion and feelings that go between hope, despair, and betrayal. I don't want to say too much for fear of giving something away but this series is a well-written depiction of the tale of Robin Hood.
