The Semi-Royal tells the story of the prim and proper Rho learning to let go and let herself love her secret best friend, Arron. As they go on a magical research expedition, they find themselves romancing each other out of sight of everyone else until the one person who they never expected shows up. With explosions and the prodigal brother, Arron and Rho must determine if their friendship and love is worth fighting for.

Fiona West has written a beautiful romance with the perfect amount of tension. While the fantasy elements were not integral to the story and seemed superfluous, the story flowed well and kept me reading to see if Rho would let go of her stiff upbringing and need to be in control. Fiona dealt with the difficulties of eating and body image disorders in a tasteful and powerful way. Perfect for a light-hearted read. While set as a sequel, the first in the series is not necessary to have read. The story stands on its own feet.

Traci Hunter Abramson set up such a great premise to this story with all of the Saint Squad novels leading up to this one. With Sienna and Craig's wedding along with all of the political hoopla going on, this story does not rest. Traci writes such great suspense! I was left wondering throughout the story whether they they were going to get their happily ever after! There was romance, suspense, and the amazing Saint Squad. Any story with the Saint Squad is full of laughter and adventure. I thoroughly enjoyed this story from beginning to end.

Sleep Robin Hood Outlaws: Book Three Written by: M.C. Frank Sleep Robin Hood is a fantastic continuation of the Outlaws series. With action, adventure, romance, suspense, and everything in-between this story hooked me. I can't wait for the next year to pass so I can read the next installation in this retelling. The characters have such passion and feelings that go between hope, despair, and betrayal. I don't want to say too much for fear of giving something away but this series is a well-written depiction of the tale of Robin Hood.
